We’re committed to getting your parts to you in a timely manner and at reasonable cost. We use only the most reputable and reliable couriers to ship our products to customers worldwide.
1. Order Handling Time:
Standard Retail Orders: 3-5 business days.
Business Days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Important: Orders placed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day (Monday). We do not ship orders on weekends.
Bulk & Wholesale Orders: For exceptionally large B2B orders or customized manufacturing requests that require extended lead times, our commercial team will contact you directly via email/WhatsApp to confirm the specific production schedule before finalizing the order.
2. Estimated Transit Time:
Standard Air Express (DAP): 7-15 business days.
Important Note on Delivery Times: The estimated transit time applies to major cities and standard delivery routes. It DOES NOT account for unexpected customs clearance delays, force majeure events (e.g., severe weather), or extended delivery schedules for remote and rural areas (OAA/OPA).
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your destination.
Heavy/Bulk Orders: If your order weight exceeds standard air freight limits, our checkout system may not display a shipping rate. In this case, please contact us for a custom heavy-freight quote.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (DAP Terms)
All international shipments are sent under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. The buyer is solely responsible for paying any import duties, customs taxes, or clearing fees levied by the destination country’s customs department.
5. Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey.
If you have any specific shipping requests or require a specific invoice value for customs purposes, please leave a note during checkout or contact our team immediately after placing your order.
Dispatch Location: All orders are directly dispatched from our central warehouse in China via premium carriers (DHL/FedEx/UPS). If standard shipping options to your country are not available at checkout, please contact our support team for a custom logistics solution.
Critical Installation Requirement (Must Read)
To ensure the longevity of your new parts and maintain warranty validity, the following steps are MANDATORY before installing new Diesel Injectors or High-Pressure Pumps:
Parts must be installed by professional mechanics.
Fuel System Flushing: The entire fuel system (including the fuel tank, fuel lines, and common rail) must be thoroughly flushed and cleaned to remove all metal shavings, sludge, and contamination.
Filter Replacement: The fuel filter MUST be replaced with a brand-new, OE-quality filter.
Proof of Service: In the event of a warranty claim, you may be required to provide a service receipt showing that the system was flushed and the filter was replaced at the time of installation.
WARNING: Failure to follow these steps will cause immediate damage to the new injectors (due to contamination) and will VOID ALL WARRANTIES.
Returns
At Gotto Parts, we are committed to providing high-quality diesel injection and engine parts. To ensure the integrity of our precision components, please review our policy below:
30-Day Manufacturing Warranty: Returns are only eligible for confirmed manufacturing defects within 30 days of the invoice date. In such cases, Gotto Parts will provide a free replacement or refund after our technical team verifies the defect.
Zero-Return Policy for Non-Defective Items: To ensure the precision and performance of our diesel components, all sales are final. We DO NOT accept returns for “Ordered by Mistake,” “Wrong Part Selection,” or “No Longer Needed”.
How to Initiate a Warranty Claim: Please contact our support team at sales@gottoparts.com with your order number, VIN, and a clear diagnostic report or video showing the defect.
Resolution & Return Shipping Costs: Once our engineering team verifies and confirms the manufacturing defect, we will resolve the issue under the following terms:
If a physical return is required (for factory inspection): We will bear 100% of the return shipping costs and provide you with a prepaid return label.
If a physical return is NOT required: We will directly dispatch a new replacement shipment to you free of charge.
(Note: Absolutely no restocking fees will be charged for confirmed defective items.)
