We’re committed to getting your parts to you in a timely manner and at reasonable cost. We use only the most reputable and reliable couriers to ship our products to customers worldwide.

Orders are shipped from our China Main Warehouse via DHL/FedEx/UPS . Please note: Import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

If shipping costs to your country are not available in our webshop, or if you have any requests or questions about shipping, please contact us – we’re always happy to help!

Terms of Service

Critical Installation Requirement (Must Read)

To ensure the longevity of your new parts and maintain warranty validity, the following steps are MANDATORY before installing new Diesel Injectors or High-Pressure Pumps:

1. Parts must be installed by professional mechanics.

2. Fuel System Flushing: The entire fuel system (including the fuel tank, fuel lines, and common rail) must be thoroughly flushed and cleaned to remove all metal shavings, sludge, and contamination.

3. Filter Replacement: The fuel filter MUST be replaced with a brand-new, OE-quality filter.

4. Proof of Service: In the event of a warranty claim, you may be required to provide a service receipt showing that the system was flushed and the filter was replaced at the time of installation.

WARNING: Failure to follow these steps will cause immediate damage to the new injectors (due to contamination) and will VOID ALL WARRANTIES.

 

Returns

At Gotto Parts, we are committed to providing high-quality diesel injection and engine parts. To ensure the integrity of our precision components, please review our policy below:

30-Day Manufacturing Warranty: Returns are only eligible for confirmed manufacturing defects within 30 days of the invoice date. In such cases, Gotto Parts will provide a free replacement or refund after our technical team verifies the defect.

Zero-Return Policy for Non-Defective Items: To ensure the precision and performance of our diesel components, all sales are final. We DO NOT accept returns for “Ordered by Mistake,” “Wrong Part Selection,” or “No Longer Needed” if the item is no longer in its original, factory-sealed state or the part has been installed, connected to fuel, or shows any signs of use. For non-defective returns, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Verification Requirement: Buyers must provide the vehicle VIN and original OE number before return authorization to ensure the claim is valid.
